1. Introduction of Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (ULPIN)
2. Bhu-Aadhaar 
3. Digitization of Cadastral Maps  
4. Survey of Map Sub-divisions
5. Establishment of land registry and linked to farmers registry

        These actions will also facilitate credit flow and other agricultural services

Reforms in Urban Areas:

1. Digitization of Urban Land Records
2. Establishment of IT based system for property record administration
3. Enhancement of Urban Local Bodies Financial Positions
