AREA  CALCULATION

• Divide the above sketch into simple triangles.

                    Here two main triangles are there

                            They are ∆ABC and  ∆ACD

                    and an offset 1 is found in this triangle.

• Let's calculate area of each triangle

        Formula for calculation of area of a scalene Triangle = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

         where s = half of the sum of all three sides i.e., (a+b+c)/2

• Area of Triangle ABC

            s =     (a+b+c)/2

                =    (932+614+682)/2

                =    (2228)/2

             s =    1114

Area of ∆ABC = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

                    =√1114x(1114-932)(1114-614)(1114-682)

                    =√1114(182)(500)(432)

                    =√1114x(39312000)

                    =√43793568000

• Area of Triangle ACD
            s =     (a+b+c)/2

                =    (600+768+932)/2

                =    (2300)/2

             s =    1150


Area of ∆ACD = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
                    =√1150x(1150-600)(1150-768)(1150-932)
                    =√1150x(550)(382)(218)
                    =√1150x(45801800)
                    =√52672070000

• Area of Offset 1

                Area of Right angled Triangle ∆DA1 where point 1 is perpendicular offset on DA line

                Area of ∆DA1 =  (1/2)*BH

                                        =   (1/2)*600*24

                                        = (1/2)*14400

               Area of offset1 =7200 Sq.Gn.Links        

• Total Area of FMB/Naksha =  Area of Triangle ABC + Area of Triangle ACD + Area of Offset 1

                              = 209269.12 + 229503.96 + 7200

                              = 445973.08 Sq.Gn.Links

                             = 445973.08/100000

                             = 4.46 Acres

∴ The Total area of FMB/Naksha = 4.46 Acres

                                                      = 4 Ac  18 Guntas
