Identify the Serial Number of your device, In my case The serial number is A90019304013. This number is mentioned on the bottom of the receiver. If it is not available there, you should probably find out from the controller.

Write down the serial number without any alphabets i.e., 90019304013

Click on the link provided by the company

It opens like this in the web

You'll see a search bar at the top. The serial number 90019304013 in search bar then click on Search.

Then it provides an activation code like this..

Now paste this code in Device activation module in FoifSurpad software. Then click on Activate.

Then you'll able to see a conformation popup and the Expire date is extended to some other date.
